I was very disappointed with you store today. There was only one cashier and then lineup was ridiculous. it's pretty bad when you only have a couple of things you only have one till open and you do not have an Express lane for the people that have just a couple items. Then there's people that have cart fulls so you have to wait until they're done it would be nice if you had more than 1 cashier working. And it was about 15 minutes waiting to get up to the cashier. I feel bad for the cashier she looked so stressed out because of all the people that was waiting in the line up.

The manager has an attitude and treats employees with disrespect. Will never shop at a Metro/Food Basics again. I support Freshco/Foodland or No Frills.

We shop here often, and they usually have everything we need. It's tidy and there is a lot of parking. Unfortunately, the lady watching the new self checkouts made my partner and myself feel like criminals. She stood right behind us the entire checkout and watched us like a hawk. If I even wanted to commit a crime, it certainly wouldn't be stealing bagels and cream cheese at 10am.
