I did an in-store return for an online order. The associate I dealt with was very friendly and efficient. I always have a pleasant experience at this location :)

Went in to exchange a gift for a larger size. The clerk was nice enough to tell me that the item was a better deal now than when the item was originally purchased. So, she processed a full return for me and allowed me to re-purchase at the better price. Great service!!
