Beads are good prices but the level of service is subpar. We shop there very often but every time we go in, it feels like we’re just being watched. At checkout I had my phone and keys in one hand but the lady at checkout was clearly just staring at my hand. I get that theft can happen at a place like this but for someone who likes to shop there often I wish you guys could relax a bit on returning customers.

There's a large selection of merchandise which is a plus if you need a few things. Generally stores only carry a few different varieties of stones. Which is why I've given it two stars.What I don't like is going in there and hearing employees (including the owner) talking down about people. I've also been in there on another occasion listening to her trying to ask another employee what they did with a certain product over the phone and saying, "[employee name] you're acting like I don't know what I'm doing."I try to ask questions and the owner usually gives an answer like I don't know and says most people just google it.What did we do before google? I guess people knew what they sold and what they were dealing with when they opened a business. Perhaps the owners suggesttion to the employee over the phone was one of real feeling. People often project their own insecurities. Especially working around crystals that do happen to amplify what one may be feeling (positive or negative).I find the customer service here to be incredibly false.

The best customized service ever. Made me feel right at home. Everything I was looking for. It's an hour away, but worth the trip for sure. Left with 125.00 of merch., A pen, a nice tote! Thank you ladies.
