Stay far away, they forge documents to make sales, rotten rusted-out frame and they would not do anything about it after having it at body shop. Body shop mechanic advised should never have been sold this car should have been scrapped. OMVIC is now involved. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I've got a '22 Bronco WildTrak with 37's, Fox Performance Elite 2.5 adjustable suspension, and upgraded upper/lower control arms. I had these upgrades installed elsewhere and for 6 months I've been trying to figure out where some very annoying creaking and clunking was coming from. After taking it to two other places for inspections, having all the bolts re-torqued, I still couldn't identify the issue. On a bit of a gamble I decided to drive the 1.5 hours to Offroad Addiction and get them to take a look. They spent a few hours on an inspection and concluded it was very likely one of the rear upper arms, either an installation error or manufacturer defect. We worked on sourcing new arms and I just picked it up yesterday after the install.
They 100% resolved the annoying noises and this thing is now driving as if it just rolled out of the factory. They not only solved my problem but corrected an off-center steering problem when they did an alignment, too. Not only that, but Tanner, during his test drive following the installation took the time to dial in my adjustable suspension and the ride feel is improved dramatically.
This is now my absolute GO TO shop for any work I'll need in the future. I'll gladly take the 3 hours round trip time for peace of mind knowing the job will get done right the first time.

The staff greeted me promptly and was eager to help with all my questions, including trying to locate venders that may sell parts that I found online. They were very helpful and I was able to buy what I was looking for. They had to order it but it only took a day to have it delivered. I am very impressed with the local hospitality and I see their presence in the community often. Great place to shop.

We had an excellent experience with Offroad Addiction. Chad and Wes are great communicators. Tanner's attention to detail is evident. I appreciate things being done right the first time. The fact that we were able to get anything done at all during the Covid years is amazing. We took them a stock F-350 and they gave us back a monster that rides like a Cadillac. Well done folks! We highly recommend!

I had my Toyota FJ Cruiser upgraded with an ARB 3 inch HD lift , Icon UCA , and other suspension parts . Amazing company kept me informed on progress, and quickly resolved any issues , great communication, service and install from the team ,thank you Jesse , Wess and Chad . Went in to have tire pressure sensors recalibrated for my new jeep. They couldn't calibrate it because my tpms weren't compatible with their equipment which I can understand but they still charged me $73 for a job they didn't do, I felt robbed. Paid them money but didn't get the service. What kinda business model is that..?

at the moment i have only recieved a quote from off road addictions i was surprised at how fast they got in contact with me, their customer service through messenger was top shelf even though it was through text i could tell the person on the other end cared about what i wanted and was very helpful in finding me the highest quality parts for my truck
