I tried to fill the gas from outside that time the petro canada employee didn't allow me to fuel it first so i went inside to do prepay and waited around 5 minutes to meet the gas station employee and he told me that for some reason my pump is timed out and to fill up the gas first and then come inside and pay up through the queue. I never had such a bad experience from any gas station i lost so much time tried to just for filling the gas . I still dont understand why the employee didn't let me fill up the gas first and pay inside and then when i entered to pay first he asked me to fill up the gas first this time he is ponna allow it. That just is ridiculous. It happened around 3:20 August 26. I hope you guys gonna look in to that matter and improve the customer service.

July 15th 2024 at 7 am employee "Mansimran" nearly killed several motorists on his big rush into work by tailgating and forcing oncoming traffic onto the shoulder at 80km/hr and blowing traffic lights. I followed and watched him then walk from the car into the store for work in full uniform. When I confronted him to make a complaint he removed his nametag to try and avoid any responsibility. Shady employee, useless corporate response.

Why is the price of gas 10 cents higher in the morning? Why are people who actually have to drive to work in the morning being punished. I've noticed this every day for a while now. Isn't that a form of price gouging?

Don't purchase your lottery tickets here..Attendant some how pretended that he'd already handed me my tickets, when I had just purchased them..After reminding him, that he needed to print my tickets, he did so with no apology..I'm sure there are other people that have run into this at this location..

Really great people here. They are all extremely kind and courteous. The customers aren't always the same. 5 people allowed in at a time. It's very small. Has hand sanitizer at door. They do not always clean surfaces between each customer, as that would be really hectic during their rush times but you can sanitize on your way out. :)

I stopped going there when I noticed thee raise the price of fuel in the morning and lower it later in the day. Several times I would fill up in the morning heading to work and on my way home the price would be lower. Not just once or twice but all of the time.
