I've never seen a more useless group people working. Poorly run - should fire the bank manager. Always long lines and maybe 2 tellers and a long line up of people - everytime !! Plus add the very slow service on top of that. Fortunately I don't bank with them, problem is I have to attend whenever I want to make a car payment loan because I can t pay online , and I don't bank with them. This place is trash, workers suck and useless. Workers walking around and sitting in rooms being useless. Trashy bank !!!!

HR and a half on the phone to open an account and still no account,the girl you couldn't understand and she couldn't understand me,repeated myself 10 times ,she asked for my health card..like what the? After an hr and a half and late for work,which I had told her numerous times...no account..I had to hang up my stress level was through the roof,this bank doesn't seem like a good choice..👎

Called head office, they said I had to go to the branch. Lady at the branch told me I had to call 2 phone #s. Both those #s said I had to go to the branch. Just went to the branch again and they told i had to do other things b4 returning. What a waste of time. Terrible bank. Not 1 of those employees knows what the proper process is. Told them to forget it. Won't ever bank here again and won't be returning.

my experience- Constant turnover of employees, cancel appointments last minute , don’t return calls or emails , huge lineup’s - too bad it used to be a great place to do business. Done with this branch

Get ready to wait 40 minutes in line. This place only has two tellers working with the line ups so big. Wanted to pay my visa in cash up to the teller. The one lady in her office comes up with an idea to pay my visa through the bank machine cash with no account. I told her that is not possible. She insisted. I left the line up (10) people ahead of me only to prove that it doesn't allow me. Had to get back to the end of the line. Janet the financial advisor and her colleague tried to convince me it takes 1 day to pay my visa through another bank. I know for a fact it takes longer than 5 days for it to be processed. Seriously the staff need to be up to date and more knowledgeable about these things. There were 7 staff members in their office without customers and here two ladies working at the teller counters. Management is terrible running this RBC bank. Time to look for another bank that provides visa. I have been with RBC for 23 years. Never encountered the longest line ups when I had lived in windsor and London. This st thomas rbc is by far the worst I have ever encountered.

I've just spent the last two days locked out of my online banking and last week they were also having technical issues and it wasn't allowing me to E-transfer my landlord his rent even though I had more then enough to pay it in the account and I had given over 24hrs between the two transfers!IF YOU CAN'T KEEP YOUR SYSTEM/PROGRAM'S RUNNING SMOOTHLY THEN GET OUT OF THE ONLINE BANKING GAME, seems like every week they are having some new technical issue or they're online banking is shut down for them to do maintenance!NOTHING BUT HEADACHES SINCE I STARTED USING THEIR ONLINE BANKING!

There's less of a wait in line for the Leviathan at Canada's Wonderland than there is to see a teller here.
