Great service, switched from shoppers because they try charging you for stuff clearly covered anywhere else, plus try treating you like a crook when they short you medication and try getting the rest.
Had a prescription delivered yesterday with an I.o.u for the rest, today their delivery driver showed up with remaining owed without having to call for them and without making ke feel like I'm trying to screw them over. Well done

I called for my prescription to be renewed and the woman who answered (not the regular 3 meaning not Tiffany, Deb and the pharmacist(can’t think of his name) anyways this woman could of informed me I couldn’t get my meds for three more days but she didn’t and I drove into St Thomas from Aylmer for my prescriptions only. Then to get there the second time (when I can refill them all) my inhaler isn’t in there and the pharmacist looks and says oh they didn’t ask for a repeat from your dr for you we can get that done and let you know 😡 okay now it’s three visits to get a recurring prescription filled. If this would have happened I’d give 5 stars 🌟 but I will say I give Tiffany’s group 5 stars ⭐️ for sure these three are helpful and I get prescriptions and the information I need. I smile when I walk in and see those three working. Don’t get rid of them or your pharmacy won’t be any good. I know I’ll leave if they are gone. I will say that everyone I have spoke to are always nice though.

Elmdale Pharmacy provides the most exceptional, professional, courteous and friendly service. I am a retired physician and I highly recommend this pharmacy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else !

I was incredibly frustrated with my past Pharmacy and I decided it was time to switch! I heard great things about the people and service at Elmdale and I am so happy we switched! Tiffany was a big help and made the switch so easy, I never even had to lift a finger! Our first prescription was filled and the service was flawless! Highly recommend! 5⭐️

Love this pharmacy! Tiffany, Deb and Rick provide exemplary service. They communicate with respect and kindness. We have noticed a nice savings since moving all of our prescriptions here. Highly recommended!

Thank goodness for Elmdale. I won't name my former pharmacy that I was so poorly treated at. It rhymes with
' Moppers'. But Elmdale is great. Tiff and Rick are fantastic. I trust my medications, and well being with their team.
