A big thank you to staff of ShoePer in St Thomas. Not only are the pumps I purchased excellent, but the care and consideration that went into finding my engagement ring when I lost it in the store was incredibly gracious. You read that right... My ring somehow flew off my finger while paying and ended up on the floor by the checkout. The whole store was looking for me and I can't thank them enough for finding it while I was outside searching the parking lot. Round of applause for the ShoePer staff. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Huge selection of footwear.The staff greeted me and were attentive.The pricing on shoes on my visit in October 2023 had me taken aback. I could not find a pair of runner style shoes under $100.I left draw dropped with a mission to investigate shoe prices further.Also, whatever happened to #Reebok making awesome shoes?

Not much of a selection for a woman with a small foot. Couldn't find a shoe in my size. Was directed to children's area. Not helpful if you want heels.

Omg. Debbie and Mackenzie went above and beyond to help me find shoes to fit my weird feet. I honestly do not know that I would have been able to find shoes that fit my feet if not for them. They deserve raises, or a parade. Thank you so much. Amazing customer service.

The girls working tonight went above and beyond. I was looking for shoes and had my overtired kids in with me and they caused more than a scene. One of the ladies working grabbed pieces of shoe box and crayons and corralled them into colouring with her so I could make sure I got the right shoes. I appreciated all they did.

It's great that they have a wide variety, which I'm sure appeals to a lot of people in town. Unfortunately, a lot of the more popular or newer launches from particular brands can't be found here. More often than not I have to shop online or go to London to get what I'm looking for.

Despite having 4 staff members around the till, there was quite a lineup as the coworkers were too busy flirting with each other and practicing mediocre quebecois rather than doing their job. Immediately after paying we were chased into the parking lot and accused of stealing. Thursday March 2, 2023 Male in his 20's Just over 6 ft short dark hair, is the rudest and most egotistical employee I have ever come across. If he were my employee he would be fired immediately.

Wide selection of footwear for everyone (women, men and kids) at reasonable prices. Lots of Staff to offer help which is great. The layout is wonderful too, well organized.

Great shoe store! There shoes are expensive but the staff is great! They helped return my crocs that I just bought with a free exchange because they broke after putting them on! They were very sweet and kind and even went into the back to get me the colour I wanted in my size!

Staff are wonderful! So kind and very helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I find even the shoes that are on clearance are still quite expensive.
