I've encountered a couple of these SmartCentres in my trip through Ontario. SmartCentres partners with Walmart and so they seem to each have a Walmart in one of their shopping centers. They also are involved in condos, office space, self-storage and industrial.
This location in Saint Thomas was easy to access and has several options. Mostly laid out in a "u" format, you'll find Winners department store, Dollar Tree, Walmart (which has a hair salon and McDonald's), Real Canadian Superstore, Canadian Tire, Wine Shop, PetSmart, Staples, Mark's clothing, Wendy's and a bunch of other fast food places including Pizza Hut, Starbucks and such. An oil change place and a gas station are present.
There is a traffic light at the south end onto Talbot Street and another at the northwest end onto First Avenue. Remember to always put your valuables out of sight and be especially aware of anyone approaching you in the parking lot.

Extremely amazed at the amount of stores in this location. It's like a one stop all you need centre. Makes me want to go back more often and the size of the Wal-Mart...omg. I was absolutely impressed by everything the centre has to offer. I highly recommend
