I was down in the area and my 2015 F150 ran into some problems. I called the dealership to see if they could give it a test drive to confirm my suspicions. Randy, Nick and the team were wonderful to deal with and got my vehicle into the shop quickly. My dealings with St. Thomas Ford Lincoln, were easy and pain-free.

I had an issue with my one SUV (under warranty from a 3rd party) and Sue Graham and the gang took care of my issue in due time. They were really accomodating (incredibly hard to get an appointment in the summer for a very specific problem!).
They are HIGHLY reccomended!

Our air conditioner was not working
It was the blower
I told them it was only working on high
Then not at all
I wanted them to fix it so medium and low would also work
I waited for 2 hours only for them to tell me that they had to order a part and to come back next day
Next day waited another 2 hours
They told me if I wanted the blower to work on medium and low it would cost an extra $155.00
I feel they should have fixed it completely and included in the price

I have purchased or leased many cars and trucks from St Thomas Ford. They put a lot of focus on service which I really appreciate. Service staff is very attentive and great communicators which seems rare these days
