No issues ever at the storage facility. Very clean, all doors worked excellent, locked easily. Dolly carts of all sizes available, easy access in and out. Would use again when needed.

Great place for all our storage needs. Lots of space and units of all sizes available. They even offer temp control units. Great safe location. Very clean.Staff is friendly and super helpful. They make something that could be complicated so easy.Highly recommend by us!

Booked 3 storage spaces here for a full year plus an outside vehicle storage. Got to know the staff quite well who were all very friendly and accommodating at all times even when frequently running in and out of the gate waving at me. ?. The storages and property are in the perfect location with easy access and in excellent condition as I believe it's a fairly new facility with dozens of cameras around the property, security was never an issue. Thanks again girls and I'll make sure I wave every time I drive by on Sunset !

We had a great experience using St Thomas Self Storage. Unit was clean and dry. The team there made it super easy to sign up and were very knowledgeable about their products, etc. Accessing the unit when we needed to was a breeze and when it came time to vacate we just let them know and they took care of everything. Great service all round!!

St. Thomas Self Storage facility is awesome. Number one, the staff are so friendly, helpful and fair. The facility with the super clean, climate control units make storage of your belongings worry free. The outdoor parking is great as well. The facility is so convienient to where we live for the numerous visits we make. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.

This facility is very convenient for the people of St.Thomas and Port Stanley. It is secure and has very reasonable access hours. The units are clean and the selection of sizes work for all your needs. I have used them twice and have been treated very professionally each time.
