Went into Tootsie's this morning, and the young lady approached me almost immediately and was extremely helpful in finding my footwear needs. Would definitely return for future footwear needs, and would recommend it to others.

Had a great experience! The ladies working were super helpful.They didnt have my shoe size but were able to find it at the London location!

The ladies working there are terrific. However, I'm disappointed by the immaturity and intimidation tactics used by the big bosses. Definitely lost my business due to how they treat their staff. Cannot support such practices.

Went in the afternoon on a weekend and was extremely impressed with staff, the lady working was very professional and friendly- immediately greeting me and offering help if I needed any.She told me about sales and where the products were, and when i asked if she had a different pair since the one was scuffed she tried her best to remove the mark, check if there were others and then offered me a discount since the solutions unfortunately didn’t work.Not to mention the prices were already amazing - I’d definitely come back for any shoe needs and will be recommended to those who need nice shoes on a budget :)

I am a woman of colour and felt uncomfortable in this location. There was 2 Caucasian blondes in the store but when it came to me, I was gawked at..... I gave the place another chance because my son goes to Kumon down the hall and I had time to kill. But nobody greeted me ... instead they were laughing at something at the front desk .. one employee also wasn’t wearing her mask.
