As a contractor, I appreciate getting simple answers without the “You need us, we don’t need you” undertones. I have a great appreciation for the mutually benefitted, respectful way of doing business. This is how the whole ecosystem thrives. You treat me fairly, this benefits my customers, we keep using your products. It’s that simple.

Weird experience here. The two ladies act like they are working an understaffed emergency room.. with 3 customers in the store. They prioritize the phone ringing over people in the store. I was standing at the desk for so long I was about to call them to ask my simple question. I was also very frustrated because I had called asking if they had a specific pattern. They told me they had lots of binders of what I was looking for. I told them I’d email a photo of exactly what I wanted. I emailed, and then called back after they didn’t reply. They ensured me they had what I was looking for, and that it would be worth my drive in. Of course they did not have what I was looking for, not even close. Such a waste of time!

I love my Hunter Douglas blinds which were purchased at Wallpaper Loft. With use and over time, two of my blinds required minor repair which can happen with any product. Thankfully, Hunter Douglas has an extensive warranty/guarantee covering their products and Tom (owner of Wallpaper Loft) explained them in detail. Tom has an amazing customer-driven personality and went above and beyond to help me get the repairs done in a timely manner. It is so refreshing to experience that kind of care that the big box stores often fail to provide. Thank you once again Tom and your sales associates for everything.
