Takes a bit of time for them to stock up the shelves. Coffee department needs to get more options almost always it’s empty and out of stock and I have to go to superstore to get the rest of the stuff
More checkout isles could have been opened there is always a big line in the existing open ones and 2 to 3 checkout lines open at max that I’ve seen

Self checkout person was absolutely useless. I wanted to pay with cash so the self checkout told me to push for assistance which I did.
I stood there and noticed the worker coming my way so I figured she was coming to assist, she goes to the people across from me so I wait, she walks back to her register near the entrance of the self check out and goes on her phone. I stood there for another 2 mins or so thinking she will notice. Nope, she put her phone away and gazed off into space. I literally had to say “HELLO??” And she was like “oh, sorry I’m in la la land today…”
No kidding!
It wasn’t even busy, there was at least 6-7 checkouts open.

Doing some Christmas shopping for my niece and was struggling to find an item on her list.
I found an associate Scotland who was hustling to re-stock shelves. I asked her for help.
She immediately jumped to help me and walked me back to the area I had already been searching. She checked her computer and said that they should have some.
Scotland proceeded to dig through the items on the shelf and found me one stuffed way in the back!
Well done and thanks for the help Scotland!

I have always been so disappointed in the customer service by Walmart until today. A wonderful person named Pam at the St Thomas location went out of her way to help me find a toy for my granddaughter. She should be recognized as a great employee !!!!! Thanks so much Pam

Worst customer service , the ones at desk did not have knowledge on what could be returned and what not. For an item purchased just 2 days back they did not accept the return saying that the box is opened while it is not true.

I can't say enough good things about this Walmart. We order online every single week from this location, anywhere from $300 to $400. Whenever there is an issue, they are very quick to rectify it. They do a great job with their substitutions and we always feel like we come out on top. Recently, we had an issue last week that had nothing to do with this location (it was an error from Walmart online). I spent 3 hours trying to fix the issue, with agents online and on the phone telling me they couldn't help me at all. It wasn't until I called the St. Thomas location that I received help. They went above and beyond for me. They found a solution that fixed the issue online and spent considerable time doing so. I want to repeat that this was not their issue to fix, but when Walmart corporate did nothing to help me, this store did. They made me feel valued and heard and even went so far as to write me a handwritten note with a gift card for all of my troubles last week - none of which were at the store level. The generosity and patience I was shown was incredible - some of the best customer service I've ever received. Thank you to your whole team. Our family appreciates all of you!

I used to enjoy this store . Sadly lately I find the employees rude , especially at self-checkout. Things I’m looking for are never in stock and I find myself more often that not running next door to the competition.

Best place to buy beer when Chad's has closed, and that's a godsend without a doubt!
Their store has pretty much everything you could hope for save for the hardware section. Who doesn't sell a light switch?
If you are looking for food, clothing, toys - they got you covered!
Hardware ... go elsewhere.

Worst Walmart store ever.I went there to purchase alot of stuff and wanted a electric shaver out of the locked cabinet, so I asked one employee, who pawned me off on another employee. Ended up standing there for 15 minutes and still nobody came to assist me.I ended up walking out,leaving my cart with around $200 worth of stuff.I'll go somewhere that actually wants my money.
