This Pharmacy should be close as their staff never waned to work. We have been 3 times to take a picture of passport and everytime they have different reason to not to do it. Also their store hours are always wrong. Needs to work of professionalism and customer service eventhough it is small town.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever shopped at. Every single time I have a prescription filled I phone days in advance and upon pickup am asked “to come back in half an hour”. The store hours are ALWAYS wrong

They might want to change their hours online. Shows that they close at 7pm. My husband tried to go in at 6pm and the lady locked the door in front of him.

Fantastic 2nd vaccine experience, 1st shot was elsewhere, signed up through Ontario Health covid-19 website. Was waiting for the 12 week Astra Zeneca to complete, then they change the wait time to 8 weeks. I call at 9:05 am and have a same day appointment at 2:15pm. Lady managing appointments was extremely professional and personable, pharmacist injecting could not have been more detailed and open to enquiry.Thank you to all at Rx Drug Mart IDA in Stayner!!

Two bad experiences. I don’t know why I go there. I bought pregnancy vitamin pills for wife they gave me 4 box for it took it home wife told me she need only 1 box and went back to returned packed box with receipt and they’re like we can’t take it back. And one time got cough syrup that was expired.

The english lady was rude because i didnt know what i was covered by so i had to call and figure that out and before i could shes like well your gonna have to pay before i even figured it out ill never get my prescription sent there again

I find the women who work very professional and they seem to try their best to serve you and get everything correct.
I've had the males question multipul times who I am, if my prescriptions are due, argue and insinuate that I was trying to do something untrustworthy (actually argue that my prescriptions were not due when they were cause I had just come from the doctor's and have also made me feel like I'm trying to scam medicine) and put my file under the completely wrong name. I will by pass over it if I see them working and wait for my medicine

The pharmasists (2 males) are rude and uncaring. If you are waiting to get a prescription ..... good luck. On my last and final visit to this pharmacy, the pharmasist was "busy" discussing with a "customer" how she enjoyed her vacation. They even went so gar as to act like she left and the Pharmacist met her in a shopping area behind the pharmacy, like she was shopping.....his update on her vacation took approximately 30 minutes of MY TIME that was being wasted waiting. I CHANGED PHARMACIES!!
