They are a nice group of people and have always appeared to be focused on the customer however last week I had my breaks serviced there and the caliper was not installed further than slipping the bolts in (see pictures and video). I tried to talk to Steve however he would not reach out to me to discuss a very serious safety issue. I won't be returning there as i need to feel that my mechanic understands the safety implications of not putting a car back together before returning it to you.

Been waiting years to finally find a garage I can trust. Great shop with good people. Was in and out in less time than originally quoted. Very reasonable prices. Love it. Truly 5 star service.

A trust worthy mechanic is worth his weight in gold, and big three is that mechanic. I had a strange sound coming from my vehicle, pulled it in and was immediately told it was most likely the water pump, a $500 fix. The next day I got a call saying it was actually a different part, a $250 fix. Honesty and reasonable pricing have me hooked and quick professional service is just the icing on the cake. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else if I can help it
