My order was supposed to be delivered Oct 6 but since the day I made the order (Oct 1), the online link says nothing other than it is being prepared. I contacted customer service through the website and emailed them but they couldn't say anything more than it's being prepared and I'll receive info once it's shipped. As if I didn't already know that! I have called the store but the associate couldn't tell me anything about when my order will be shipped or if there is a delay. I have been waiting on the customer service line for over 45 mins now. It keeps telling me I'm in position 2 in the queue since the time I called. Choosing their online chat option is pointless because it says there are no agents available. Then what on earth is the online chat option for if you don't have agents to respond to customers? Feels like customer service doesn't want to answer customer questions! Such a hassle this has been. I can't make plans because I'm given absolutely no information on when my order will be delivered or any update on the status. Extremely disappointed with the customer service I've received.To add to it, today on Oct 6, when I was supposed to receive the products, after I emailed the shipping company and Bouclair multiple times since morning, Bouclair tells me the shipment hasn't even left their warehouse. Not to mention that they use Xpedigo cargo service - a service that has 1.8 rating and 100s of dissatisfied customers. They can neither be reached by phone nor email. I've never faced such terrible experience from a store.

I found some great deals on home decor which were perfect to add some colour to the rooms in my home. Curtains, towels, pillows and a lampshade... all colour coordinated and of good quality. The sales person was helpful and pleasant

The British manager here is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. She is just SO KIND and models great customer service for her staff. I ordered a coffee table online from Bouclair and it arrived to the store 1) too big to fit into our car and 2) damaged. The manager was so helpful in finding a resolution that worked for me. I really appreciated the service here and will be back!

This place could be VERY S-L-O-W.Simple come, grab, pay and get out took me almost 40 minutes because their cashier stations were paralyzed by 2 customers: 1 buying like a quarter of their stock other returning about the same amount of items. To add an insult to the injury, they have had more employees walking around and no more available cashier stations, only 2.Not going back there ever again.

Terrible service! Possible scam! Be AWARE! When you purchase stuff you are being told that you can return them without any issues for a full refund. Upon the return you would be updated that you can only receive a gift card. No cash!!! Terrible fraudulent approach. Be aware and stay away!

Well, I had not been inside of a Bouclair for many, many years. I thought it was all fabric type stuff but it's changed! This was Bouclair Home, very nice things. Some sales, nothing really on clearance. The Xmas items are all out at the front of the store.Within 5 minutes of entering the store I was greeted by at least 3 friendly associates. Nice!Lots of prints, mirrors, bathroom needs... small furniture items, sooo many pillows. It reminded me of a Pier One without the exotic flare.I left empty handed based on what I actually need right now and the prices but I'll return another day and would recommend this store.

Wow! Talk about amazing customer service! After calling the store to notify them of a missing chair piece in our order they drove TO US to drop off the piece. Super accommodating & friendly service. Couldn't recommend this store enough!

Went into Kanata Ontario store with a friend with the intention to purchase several items. These items were not on sale and we found them to be rather pricy.The sales lady suggested that I might sign up on the Bouclair website for a discount of 20% as well as provide proof of a CAA membership which would garner me another 5% discount on my chosen items.We placed the items on hold and I came back after work yesterday with my husband set to make my purchase. The manager informed us that we were not able to receive both promised discounts because she “did not know how to enter them in the system”. She made no attempt to contact anyone or figure it out and did not apologize for the former sales lady’s error.Although the discounts were not monumental, the dismissive attitude my husband and I were given is completely unacceptable. Dee told us that the sales lady “was new”, and that in fact ….” we are all new”. She then accompanied another associate down an isle to discuss inventory.My husband and I, as well as onlooking customers were left disappointed and confused by her dismissive behaviour and complete disregard for customer service.
