Horrible employees. Won't help. Had 2 employees filling balloons for decoration while a line was growing. The employee was exhausted and asked for a backup cashier. manager yelled your the only one on cash today while she's watching her. Bad person I will get her name tomorrow

i hate this store so much! I decided to go to the store manager to get a job here and I asked the cashier where I could see the store manager but some Indian woman said it was none of my business and walked away from me. This woman was so rude and angry.

Their customer service left me feeling extremely let down. The cashier completely ignored us and didn't even respond to our greetings.I'm not sure if she's the owner or a staff member, but basic manners should be ingrained in everyone, especially when working at a cash register.Dollar Tree has lost a customer. We won't be returning to that specific location because it feels unwelcoming to do business there.

I am extremely dissatisfied with a female individual present at the cash register today, specifically on June 11, 2023, at 5:50 PM. It is unclear whether she was the proprietor or an employee, but her lack of etiquette and failure to acknowledge our greetings was deeply disappointing. Regrettably, this shopping experience will mark our final visit to Dollar Tree, as we perceived an unwelcoming atmosphere that does not value our patronage.

Uh I don’t really know what to say. The store is absolutely disgusting. Not clean at all, things are all over the place , it’s not at all organized. Items are thrown on top of each other. It’s so messy it smells. Food on the floor from a spill or whatever happened it’s obviously been there for a long time. Will never ever go back to this store. I would avoid.

Terrible store to work for . Management and upper management are ignorant to their employees. They treat you horrible , they talk about each other in the office where clearly the employees hear everything that is being said about them . They are very unappreciative for all the hard work that you put in to make that store what it is. It’s unfortunate that they’re dedicated workers that have been there for a long time get bumped down to minimal amount of days and hours. They keep saying that they have no hours to give but yet they are still looking to hire people which is like a slap in the face to their hard-working dedicated employees. They need to get some actual educated people who know how to run a store and how to actually treat people.One person in particular that needs to go for Shelly. She is very rude and makes you look bad in front of customers not even caring of how she’s making the employee feel.
