I joined CrossFit Outlaw North a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier! The coaches and other members have created such a uplifting and fun environment and working out has become something I genuinely look forward to throughout the week. I often go to early morning classes and it has helped me start my day on a positive note, which has been great both mentally and physically.

I had an amazing experience at CrossFit outlaw. From getting into the program to staying with CrossFit for over 5 months and growing strong, it was all very convenient and well guided.Hopefully will join back soon!!

An incredible gym and community! The diapers and dumbells program for postpartum moms and babies was so much fun and so great to get out and meet new moms. Highly recommend!

I came to this gym for something to do with my little guy while on maternity leave and could not have made a better decision. The programming is incredible and built to help you improve yourself. The coaching, especially Andrea and Ashley are knowledgeable, encouraging, personable and just all around great people. I've really enjoyed the gym atmosphere and getting to know like-minded people especially all the new moms.I always feel better on the days I come to Outlaw. You will not be disappointed joining this gym.

I love it here. One thing I've really grown to appreciate at Outlaw is that I've been coached in every class. I've seen the coaches make an effort to support each person in the class at least once, even in the max-capacity classes, and I appreciate the effort and coaching skill that it takes to give specific advice and comments in real time and balancing against a short hour to get through the workout. I think this is something special to Outlaw that isn't commonplace, nor does it "just happen" - it's something that's actively created and cultured, and has work put in to maintain.The programming at Outlaw is excellent. There is always a challenge to be met, and the variation is great. It's nice to have the "from home" options so that if you can't make a day, you can still work on that movement or skill. The coaching notes are also excellent - it's so helpful to be able to go into the workout already having an idea of the intention and flow. The coaches are also great at suggesting scaling options.The equipment is great. The barbells and the rig are nice and grippy, there are plenty of plates, it's always clean, there's never a shortage of cardio machines, and the smaller items are always well organized and easy to find.Outlaw is awesome, the team there have found the magic formula, it's one of my favourite places to be, and it has a collection of truly lovely, caring, kind, fun, encouraging, smart, and dedicated people there, and I feel very lucky to share in their company.

Started with the Crossfit Outlaw North little over 3 months and it has definetly made me feel better both mentaly and physicaly.The structure of the gym is that everyone is very supportive of each other.Coaches make sure that the exercises are done correctly and if they need to modifiy them for some reason they do it so everyone can particiapte.A few sessions with a personal trainer were an added bonus. Though me the proper ways of lifting and how to keep safe while lifting. The best part was that he made me feel at ease as it's easy to get intimidated, especially at the begining.Nutritional service is great and has opened my eyes a litle in the way I have been eating and how to make easy changes that one can stick to.There are lots of different routines but there are always routines that fit the beginer level. All in all a very positive place and experience

I have been on a long journey to get myself healthy again after having my son. During my pregnancy I had a whole list of health issues but I also ended up gaining alot of weight. After loosing 30 pounds on my own it came to a complete stop and no matter what I did I just couldn't loose anymore weight. Frustrated and feeling hopeless I came to Outlaw for help... after speaking with Jay I decided to make a 12 week commitment of doing work outs 3 times a week and Nutrition with Lacey once a week.At first I saw not many results..but then my mood was getting better and I started to feel stronger. The Inbody was showing slow changes, my BF% was going down and muscle going up but the whole 3 months my weight stayed the same..even went up a pound or two at some point haha. Last couple weeks I noticed when I look in the mirror I could see a change in my face. Yesterday I stepped on my own scale and I've lost 5 pounds!!! Not a huge thing to everyone else I'm sure but this is a big win for me ❤Outlaw is not just a gym..it's a community filled with amazing people! Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and give support. The programs have been really enjoyable and coaches are awesome! I can't say enough good things about this place ? Just. Show. Up.

My experience so far in the diapers and dumb bells class has been so great! Such a welcoming feel and the overall vibes at the gym are so inviting. It’s been great to meet moms in the same stages as me and to socialize a little while getting strength back! Ashley (and a drop in or two from Andrea) do an awesome job with this class.Can’t wait to continue through the course and hopefully join Mom Strong!

I have always been fairly active but gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy and getting back into fitness was so daunting. Outlaw North and the D&D program have made it SO much easier for me to start transitioning back into a healthier lifestyle and though I still have a long way to go, I finally feel like I'm making progress. You have to do the work both inside and outside of the gym, but the support and resources they provide are truly outstanding. So happy to be apart of such a wonderful community!

I’ve been going to CrossFit Outlaw North for 8 months and don’t have enough good things to say about it. The owners and coaches genuinely care about the members. They go above and beyond to foster a welcoming and encouraging environment. I love showing up and challenging myself during the classes every week. I’ve also enjoyed getting to know a lot of the members. If you want to step up your fitness journey and have fun along the way, I recommend giving Outlaw North a try.
