My experience with the sales representative, customer service, installation and service has been exceptional!This is the second time I chose Goemans to buy the appliances for my new build property.I ordered my appliances in 2020 so I get the specific specs for the builder. I contacted the same sales representative Karen Guiducci and the great experience began.Despite the challenges that covid brought, the expectations that Karen set for me where accurate. She kept following up with me through the process. My house finally closed on Dec 2023. The appliances were in time, installation when we’ll and as promised in 2020 they honoured the promo that Kitchen Aids had without asking. I highly recommend Karen knowledgeable, professional and friendly approach.Will be coming to her and Goemans for the next one!! Thank you

The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The admin team gave me constant feedback and updates as to the arrival of my dishwasher and the installation date. The installer, Chris, was super-excellent. He was prompt and a very pleasant young man. He was extremely knowledgeable about how to install the dishwasher, and he was meticulous in doing so. He cleaned up as he was installing and after the job was done also! He clearly takes great pride in the job he does as evident by his workmanship.

Best service I've ever experienced. They kept me up to date from the time I ordered the appliance right up to and including the installation. If only more companies would learn from Goemans. I would without a moment hesitation recommend them to anyone. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Goemans !!Also, the installion went great. They were there on time, kept my place very clean during the removal and install of the dishwasher. There was water on the floor from the leaking of the old dishwasher and they wiped the water up before installing the new one.. Then once they installed the new dishwasher, they checked and found loose fittings from my pipes and tightened all those also. These guys went far beyond the required job to ensure all was working perfect.

We’ve made several purchases at Gorman’s so when our dryer needed replacing it was our first stop. Less than an hour later, with Rocco’s help we were the proud owners of an LG WashTower. Delivery and installation went off without a hitch. Another happy customer!

I could not of been happier with the service from start to finish. Infact l had just purchased the washer and dryer from an appliance store nearby and drove by Goeman's and stopped in to actually see the appliances as the other store no longer had a floor model. The store is spacious and clean. Brittany asked if she could help me, with no pressure. I didn't have to give my email or phone number and she said they would honour the black Friday sale till Sunday. She wrote the information down along with the price. $600. CHEAPER than l had paid half an hour ago!!! I called the other store to speak with the sales rep but was told she wasn't available, l asked to speak with a manager, also not available. I returned to the store and ended up getting a refund. Then returned to Goeman's and purchased my new washer and dryer. $600. is alot of money not to mention that it was for the same model and delivery was was a week sooner. I tell everyone to go to Goemans. So glad l stopped in to see their floor model ?

My parents are seniors, don't have a ton of money, and it feels like Goemans took advantage of them. They spent thousands for a new washer, dryer, and stove in September 2023, with a delivery date in early October. It then kept getting pushed back and pushed back. Reading other reviews, it appears like this is common.They finally took delivery at the end of December. "Just in time for Christmas!" a service rep apparently told my mother during her last contact with customer service before delivery. Only they'd been waiting for months. So, not so happy Christmas. It gets worse from there.The dryer doesn't work. Customer service is giving them the run around, it took them more than a week to basically ignore a service ticket, only then passing them off to LG's customer service, to contact them on their own (with limited hours and no guarantee of help). It feels like Goemans have abandoned them.It's terrible customer service. It's terrible behaviour. And I get the impression that they don't care. They'll happily take your money and leave you high and, well, not dry. My parents are too good of people to complain, which makes it an even bigger shame of the nightmare that Goemans has caused for them.Edited to add: Goemans' lack of a sense of responsibility is apparent in their response. They take no responsibility for selling what might well be a defective product. They take no responsibility for failing to appropriately install the product, despite paying for that installation. And their idea of facilitating "help" is giving out a different company's customer service number only after contacting Goemans again after a week of silence. A customer service number that apparently has limited hours and by my parents account they've still been unable to reach anyone.
