Poor customer service, do not provide instruction as required, but use their own wording on docs. never answer phone calls, Long lines, open concept, no privacy.

Customers wait too long in line. I usually use the ATM, but sometimes I have to wait for a teller. Thankfully, it’s not too often, because I wait way too long.

I have my service with the amazing Advisor Raman she is really helpful, patiently understanding everything I was suffering from and amazing with the costumer service . And the Amazing point that she speaks Arabic and that was really helpful

High turn over rate of employees. New faces every couple of months. Customer service quality is quite low if you only have 1 product with this Bank. They prefer clients w/ multi products.

Most rude manager here . Visited 10 jan 2024 and being told to close all my accounts on same date without even asking whats the issue . Been with for more then 10 years and this is how they repay your loyality

Worst customer service reps I have ever seen in a bank , nobody likes to assist there clients rather they are interested in taking breaksAll these guys are new hires and super slow, and call the manager for every transaction they deal with. This is ridiculous wasting there customer time

As banks go, it's ok. Staff are friendly and try their best to help. However, there is always a line up here. ALWAYS. Please consider having chairs for people waiting to be served. For clients with back issues the standing can mean excruciating pain.

Just returned from doing a business account deposit. Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told that the business wicket was closing for lunch. Had to wait 10 more minutes for another teller to help. No acknowledgement from anyone...just a lot of tellers burying their heads in the sand. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BANK EVER.
