This by far is the worst pharmacy I've ever used in my entire life. Nothing but bad experiences from the minute I set eyes on the pharmacist. First, one staff tells you one thing and another tells you something different. Susan, who I assume is the head pharmacist, is incredibly rude, unethical, won't help at all, and looks down on patients. I've never met such an ignorant person in my life who deals with the public! She should not be dealing with people who are ill as she has absolutely zero compassion! She's there to mess you up, upset you, and cause added stress, rather than help. I suggest staying clear of this place unless you want to be treated like a piece of dirt off the street. The mistakes are constant. Phone a week in advance, at least twice, if your prescription says you have repeats, because Susan will thrive on telling you it's a mistake and making you have to hunt down your doctor to send another prescription. This is a huge problem if it's the weekend. She's on a major power trip and loves to watch her customers squirm for their much-needed meds and makes you feel like a crackhead for what your physician has prescribed. This is the last place I'd ever go. The second you walk in, you can see the rude smirk on Susan's face and immediately sense her disgusting attitude! She is belittling customers. At first I thought it was me, but other people I talked to completely agreed with me. She should not be dealing with the public, especially ill ones, as she has absolutely zero people skills and won't go out of her way to offer any type of help at all. She looks down on you as though she's so much better. Even staff in the building have mentioned that they feel the same way and shake their heads in disgust.
