When we walked into Stoney Creek Furniture, we were fortunate to be greeted by Catherine Corey. We had just moved into a new home and were looking to furnish our new living room, kitchen bar and dining area and my home office/library. Catherine was just great. She listened carefully to understand our wishes and contributed many useful ideas. We had never shopped for this much furniture in one go before and it was very helpful to get the benefit of her extensive design experience. Stoney Creek Furniture has an incredible selection of quality furnishings and Catherine was able to help us choose the perfect combinations of styles, fabrics and colours. Now we are excited to take delivery and see how it all comes together to fulfil our vision of a comfortable and stylish home. Thank you Catherine. Your customer service has been exemplary!

The best furniture store I have ever been to, great selection and price range. Our salesperson, Donna Januchta, listened to us, understood our needs and walked us over to a piece that we might have never found ourselves. The place is massive with plenty of people to help you if required. We are very happy with our purchase and going forward Stoney Creek Furniture will always be our first stop.

They didn't find a doorbell because they didn't ring it. I saw the truck drive away as i went to the door. I happened to see the truck as i was waiting for them. I tried calling them back on their number and it hadn't been activated. Awful service.

Wonderful shopping experience. We were greeted by Scott, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up finding our perfect sofas, thanks to Scott. The prices were extremely good, and the sofa we picked, we were able to customize to our liking., plus it is made in Canada We would definitely purchase from Stoney Creek Furniture again.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the ppl at Stoney Creek Furniture. Sadly my elderly mother is experiencing mobility issues and is having trouble getting out of chairs. Donna (J), Jim Fee and staff recommended the best chair for her and after just two days it has greatly improved her quality of life.
The delivery staff showed up yesterday, were friendly, funny and kind. They moved her old chair out of the room and gave her a full tutorial on how to use her new chair. She is so happy and so am I.
