Great service. But the quality of the wood I find lacking..not sure if it shortages causing it or just poor suppliers...I'm not a fan of the self check out. I think they should get rid of it and just hire more staff

Just went to the local Home Depot to get a flapper for the toilet. I was quickly assisted and shown the right part. There was also no wait at the tills. Very good experience.

Helpful, attentive staff. I was asked multiple times if I needed assistance while browsing in store. I was shopping for three projects and visited different sections of the store as a result. Each area associate offered assistance. I was impressed.

Sergio,Unprofessional, and shouldn't be in a customer service position. When a customer asks a simple question just answer it with a smile. If you can't manage such a small task then maybe you should you quit. Find something your happy at. This is the second time dealing with this person and both experiences were awful. Won't be renting anything from this location as long as he is there.

I'm a 50 year old woman who walked in with a shopping list. Several young employees looked at me and turned away, so I searched and found what I was looking for on my own. Either I don't look like I have money to spend, or my graying hair means I'm going to be too much work. Sending my husband in next time and hoping for better results before shutting HD out of our go to shops forever.

Today someone came by the initials of MW or MN to drop off shingles while I was at school, my parents told me he was nothing but kind, patient, and respectful and I just wanted to post how much that is appreciated. I was told he helped get shingles on our roof and was very adamant that my parents don't over work themselves. People who go above and beyond is always appreciated so thank you for your work and hopefully it's being properly acknowledged by your employers

The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond to get me the Ryobi fan I wanted, searching the store and ultimately getting a ladder to grab it from a top shelf.I wasn't in a hurry.Everyone is always in a hurry

I have been going to the Home Depot for quite some years and although they have a lot of selection and the customer service is pretty good as they answer all your questions as you're walking up and down the aisles. I think they can lower the cost on some materials compared to other places if you really shop around. Maybe they could remove the greeters at the front door saying hello to the customers. What is the need for that and paying that wage.

I am sincerely disappointed with the customer service at this Home Depot. I have been in contact with the Kitchen and Decor team since May for a simple kitchen backsplash. I have been patient with the Home Depot staff as well as their contractor Stoneworx. I have repeatedly been accommodating to their staff, I have been understanding on their COUNTLESS delays, and at the end I am being treated as the unreasonable one for having waited 4 months for a small kitchen backsplash. I would not recommend anyone to this Home Depot and I am very disappointed that I did not meet the quality of service I deserved as a regular customer.

Here is the story about the people in this location: I have been changed twice for the same items on June 19 2023, $237 and since then I’m on an impossible mission to get my money back. I literally have visited this store 5 times and called many times. They don’t refund my money and every single they assert that “please leave your number, we will get back to you, the manager is not in the building” and of course no body ever gets back to you. They don’t care about someone’s hard earned money, time or anything. I’m to the point to take this matter to the court. About 10 minutes before this post, I talked to them in person and of course, the manager is not in the building yet again.

Alone from the pro desk and John from hardware were absolutely amazing in helping me find what I need. Although there was a pricing issue Alina was more than helpful in resolving the issue. I was looking for a specific product that wasn't on the shelf and John was more than helpful in helping me find it in the overhead. Definitely be coming back.

Bought paint for a bedroom. Provided the dimensions of the room and the rep said we'd need 3 cans of paint. Applied 2 coats and had one unopened can and a third of another one left over. Home Depot would not the back the third can as it was tinted. Based on the recommendation of the rep we bought 3 cans but really only needed 2. Not happy about this as we provided the dimensions and went on their recommendation as to how many to buy!

I was on a mission for a privacy screen for a frost fence gate. Two ladies working in the seasonal area showed me a couple of displays but wasn't what I was looking for and suggested I check out aisle 28. Heidi, who was in the area, took the time to suggest and showed me other alternatives and also printed out similar online options. Unfortunately, what I was looking for was not available but with Heidi's time and assistance, my visit to Home Depot Stoney Creek mountain was worth the trip. Thank you Heidi for your patience!

Thank Guys!1)You accused us of not paying like we were theives with magical receipts.2)You rescheduled our delivery without apology, causing us to extend a contract deadline.3)You then delivered us someone else's order, still no apology, and four phone conversations later you finally send our order, yet too late to use forcing us to extend our deadline yet again.4)You then send us half the order... This time you offer to refund our delivery fees but only after spending two hours to prove that we didn't steal these undelivered items.5)You call us back to say you don't know how to refund our online order so we need to now drive to Hamiton from Thorold on our own time to do it in store. We tell you this defeats the purpose so you say someone else will try. Multiple people try when finally one person does.5) Finally we get our whole order. And the refund begins to process but it will take a few days to retake the proper "discounted" amount.6)Today, we see that you again took the full amount...If you didn't want to give us a discount to compensate for your many mistakes then you should not have offered to begin with.All we wanted was our order, on-time. An apology would have been nice... since you cost us hundreds of dollars to extend our contract deadlines.Thanks Homedepot Stonechurch Rd Hamilton. We will NEVER again use your store for ANYTHING.Your horribly rude and unprofessional staff are 100% to blame. (Except the one delivery guy who actually apologized for the office staff's ongoing and unrelenting incompetence).
