Value Village receives car loads of donations on a daily basis, and with this in mind you would think their prices are reasonably low. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The average clothing price range from $9-$20 depending on what you are looking for and the quality isn't there. Some items, even though they are ripped were still being sold. I noticed items such as face cloths were sold for $1.99 "used", when you can get them "new" at the dollar store. These items should be sold for pennies. The only thrift I believe that is priced fairly are furnitures. Don't hesitate to purchase them, they get sold quickly. You do get a 20% discount on non red tag items up to a $50 value when you make an item donation. Making donation is fairly quick and easy, you can pull up to the front of the store where someone will help unload the donations.

Man, shirts are like $10 or more here now, I remember when you could get one here for like $3, and I'm not even that old. Maybe it was that Macklemore song , or maybe it's "inflation", but these ghouls are happy to opportunistically charge you $14 for grandpa's oil stained Gildan.

Dirty. Had a security guard there? Went for Halloween stuff. Selection was poorer than past years. Would not likely visit again for Halloween stuff unless needed items for a retro costume. I.e 70's

Everyone is really friendly, everything is nicely organized and if you have the time to browse you'll find some great/affordable finds.

Prices are good, but should be lower for hand me down items. Some of the clothes look like they were washed 1,000 times

August 31 - I was welcomed by the screeching of a smart-mouth working at the donation drop-off - her voice still reverberating in my ears The bathroom is filthy, the toilet disgusting the aroma was breathtaking. The manager's a basket case who couldn't organise a two-piece parade. The merchandise is damaged and so filthy, I couldn't buy anything for fear it was infested. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Value village is such a disgrace!!! I found an empty wine jug, with no cap, they wanted $5.99!!! How much do get when returning these to the beer store with empty bottles?!?!?!? Maybe 35¢

For a company that gets everything free, your prices are ridiculously high. Its supposed to be for a good cause for diabetes but they only receive 10% of your sales. You can't tell me that 90% goes to your employees, because that would be a bold face lie. Most of the money is going into your owner's and bureaucrats pockets. At a time like this , when people can't afford to pay rent, groceries, cloths for their children you raise prices due to inflation. Really, when you get all your merchandise "FREE".

This is a decent location but I feel like the prices for second hand clothes have gone up! You're almost better off buying clothes from Marshall or Winners.

Value Village was never a good place but at least it used to be cheap. They are not a charity and everything is mostly profit. They refuse donations for the most stupid reasons. They also are way over priced now, i don't know how many times ive seen an item from dollorama with the sticker still on it marking it at 2 or 3 dollars and its priced for 5 or more. I'd look past it if it was the Salvation Army or something but its not. Over Prices, Low Quality.

The store had many great finds that were reasonably priced. But I have to only give you 2 out of 5 because the public washrooms were disgusting. IT WAS Only 11 am on a Sunday...The manager did see the condition when a locked door was open for me to use the Handicap Facilities.I was there untill past 1:30pm and saddly they were never addressed.Sorry dirty restrooms....dirty store.Just unacceptable.....

So confused how they’re getting away with these prices? 15.99$ for a “cheaply made” summer dress from forever 21? It probably wasn’t even that much brand new!! It insane what they’re asking for thing now.
