“These guys are the absolute best! Everytime I'm in the area I'll grab a protein shake and fill up on my supplements. The shakes are incredibly delicious!”

“Another excellent experience at Healthy Planet. We were impressed, as always by how knowledgeable and helpful the nutritionist Iren Chapman was about supplementation, protocols and health. Honestly, Iren is a fountain of knowledge, eager to listen to you, and provide expert advice about how to deal with your specific issues. We typically will go to HP on days that we know she will be there. I know for a fact that she's there two days a week ... definitely Fridays, and possible Wednesday(?). Kudos to Healthy Planet for having friendly, knowledgeable and experienced customer support people like Iren on staff! Pete and Tish”

“The customer service at Healthy Planet is always amazing. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and helpful every time I visit. A special thank you to Iren! She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. She genuinely cares about helping people, goes above and beyond to make sure you feel supported, and you can tell she truly wants to help. It's so refreshing to meet someone who is not only knowledgeable but also so compassionate.”

Roseland Plaza, 459 Guelph Line, Burlington ON L7R 3L8
“They were so incredibly helpful, more knowledgeable than anyone i’ve ever spoken to about supplements and vitamins, and their purpose, This is where you should go 100% for this sort of thing. They are so willing to explain things to you and take time to leave you knowing more than when you came in, they truly care about their products, their customers and their industry.”

“Most amazing customer service ever! I called because the bakery next door wouldn’t answer my calls but messed up my order. Called Hercs and they helped me out! Thank you so much to the guy who went on a side quest to help me, 12/10 employee!”

“I'm in the US and was amazed how fast my order came. The price was better than what I generally pay for this product as well. It is a Canadian product so I went looking to buy it straight from Canada. I used to buy it on Amazon but will be buying from Natural Health Garden going forward and will take a peak at what else they sell.”
