I had 3 units rented here and retained those units for a year and change I never had any issues getting in contact with support or getting access to my units at any hour of the day or night I highly recommend this place if your looking to store anything in the long or short term.

Went in office to let them know I would be leaving 20 days before the month that I had paid for and was told I could not be reimbursed even though when I signed up I was told I could cancel at any time. The catch they tell me is because I paid with my credit card I cannot be reimbursed. I signed up with credit card payment as I was advised by them it is easier and I would not have any late charges.

The staff is friendly & professional. The storage housing & unit is clean, well maintained & in good condition. The rates are reasonable. Access is allowed 365 days a year between 8am-8pm. As stored items are not covered by my tenant's insurance policy, I was able to purchase Access Insurance to protect my belongings. I am happy to be a new client with Access Storage :)
