Appliances in Stratford, ON

“We went to the Brick in Stratford to replace our dishwasher. We were greeted by a young man named Spencer, who immediately asked if there was anything he could help us with. He explained all the dishwashers that he had in the store as well as being able to look some up on his computer, if there was nothing there that we seen that we wanted. We had been to two other stores in Stratford looking for a dishwasher. Not only did Spencer impressed us with his knowledge of what he knew. He was also the nicest and friendliest sales person we came across that day. After explaining the warranty, which I thought was incredible and I usually never apply to any appliances I buy we did purchase it as well. Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely shop there again. A highly recommend the brick and their sales associate Spencer Vaucrosson.”

“A staple of the community. Although the brick and mortar is a smaller footprint, the selection is very large. Knowledgeable staff that are more interested in your needs, and budget than trying to up sell you. Never high pressure sales tactics and sales people are locals. Our go to when we need any appliances (thankfully, that is very rare)”
