I had a terrible experience with the quality of clothes at the Ardene Stratford Mall showroom. The materials are of very poor quality, and they have no return policy, even if you discover a defect within a day. If Ardene doesn’t have confidence in their own products, I don’t understand why they are selling them. Please avoid shopping here.

On June 9,2024 I took my wife (which was her birthday) and my 2 girls shopping there and had a great experience. My wife and one girl went off to look at shoes, me and my youngest went to look at clothes. SAVANNAH and Alexa ( which is the same name as my oldest) were happy and very helpful, SAVANNAH work with my youngest on an outfit, (being Dad I had no idea what was going on) and she work with her to find something that fit and looked good keeping my opinion of modesty in mind. They serve all my family with respect and care, even wished my wife a HAPPY BIRTHDAY. They both deserve a raise for their level of customer service. I will definitely be bringing my family back.

Both the Sam’s were amazing! Ashely helped me find everything I needed very quickly! I enjoyed my shopping trip with these girls as I was getting my birthday outfit they helped me find exactly what I wanted

Nice clothes. Can be expensive regular priced, but thankfully there are often good sales. My tween daughter loves the fashion style at this store.

First time in this store although I've been to Canada many times. The prices are very reasonable, the staff was absolutely amazing, super friendly, had great conversations seeing as I'm from the States. I would definitely visit this location every time I'm in Stratford.

Ardene is one of the best stores in the Stratford Ontario mall. It has Clothes for all styles. LITTARLY EVERY SINGLE STYLE! They have Hoodies, Ripped mom jeans, Earings, Rings, Bracelets and so much more! Even Kids can fit in the extra smalls (XS) Once there eight or nine! (Or older or younger). They also have deals a lot! And Online Almost everything is on sale. They even have a Men’s line! They have Everything! It’s an Ideal story for young middle and old woman!

Love this store!However the manager( dark red head) has a major attitude problem !She didn't like that I had returned 6 items out of an online order that was $200( one was broken earrings on a bogo event) She thought that I had left the store( but I was looking around for Christmas gifts) then she continued to complain to co workers while swearing about my return , with a store full of customers!I will never shop here again!The drive to a city or bigger ardene like woodstock is worth the drive to deal with professional employees and a proper selection of clothing without empty shelves!
