“Lucinda’s framing skills, her eye for detail and her passion for the work she does are awesome.
My wife and I arrived from England on Wednesday with a very precious, framed poem that my father had made for our son many years ago on the occasion of his 18th birthday. Our son is now a father himself and happily married with two children and settled in Sebringville.
My father had included a short handwritten note on the back of the frame all those years ago, and had also included a full size copy of Adam’s birth certificate there too! We have never previously had space in our luggage to bring it with us from home - but this time we did.
Dad passed away a few years ago, so it was a very poignant moment as we unloaded the cases. But sadly when we handed the frame to our son on Friday, the glass in the frame had shattered in transit.
We took the frame to Lucinda today and explained what had happened. The care that she took to not only replace the glass, but also crucially retain the handwritten message and birth certificate on the rear, was as though it had never been damaged.
She delivered way over and above what we could possibly have hoped or imagined, and with such modest delight in what she had achieved. In our opinion, 5 stars is definitely not enough!

“A really beautiful collection of Indigenous art and handmade goods. The leather bags are amazing, the paintings and stone sculptures are gorgeous. The entire store is full of heart and soul. There are lots of well-priced gifts at the front of the store for souvenirs. A suitable shop for both casual gift hunting and serious art collectors. The staff are also very, very friendly.”
“Gallery Stratford is a small but very enjoyable gallery, perfect for spending an hour or so. During my visit, they were hosting a vibrant garment collection from the Cambridge Fashion Museum, which brought colour, movement, and a lively atmosphere to the space. There were also a couple of other exhibitions that were well worth seeing.
The gallery is housed in a beautiful historic building, which adds to the charm of the visit. A lovely stop for art lovers in Stratford.”
