“My business partner and I decided to switch banks due to a lack of customer service. So we joined RBC because of a recommendation as well as their reputation with small businesses. We weren't looking for above and beyond customer service, just minimal customer care would be an improvement.The entire reason I am leaving this review is because of our Banking Advisor, Josh McIntyre. Out of all the banks (business and personal) that I have worked with, I have never received the level of customer service that we got with Josh. 10/10 would recommend.
