Had a very pleasant experience, dealing with Bax, friendly service. I entered their store to see, if they had a surround system that was listed on their website on sale. They didn't have it in stock, but they ordered one in for me, and honored the sale price even though it would be over by the time it came in. It came in much earlier then they said it might!

Ordered a Sony TV from this business and couldn’t be any happier with their services. The TV came a lot quicker than anticipated (only took two days). They were very accommodating as I wasn’t sure if I’d make it within their store hours the day they called me so they even offered to allow me to purchase and take home the TV after they closed; it’s above and beyond. Went home, set up the TV and everything was great. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to use their services.

We ordered a new 55” Samsung Q90 and a Sono sound bar after Nicole explained the great features of them. They sourced them out very quickly for us and waited for us to finish some Reno’s. Their employee David who was quite friendly installed the TV and Sonos sound bar very professionally. They look great and both products have exceeded our expectations. I have installed security systems at my farm locations to monitor movement on and off the farm, as well as the equipment and animals in the barns. The security system is excellent and reports and records all activity, while sending alerts to my phone. John and Nicole are extremely knowledgeable and amazing to work with. I am not a tech savvy and they have answered all my questions. I will continue to recommend this Company to anyone who asks about our security system, their service is second to none!
