I had an amazing shopping experience in-store with my 9 year old and 6 year old today. Staff was incredibly helpful and really great with my kids. They even had a look-and-find game set up in their store for my youngest. Mom's if you need to buy clothes at the mall -- this is the spot.

I bought hair scrunchies the girl at the counter told me I get two free accessories so I did and guess what you charged me for the most expensive one the hatI posted something on Facebook buyers beware you should have charged me for the hair accessories not the hat those were my two FREE ACCESSORIES

I forgot to bring my reusable bag and was made to feel pretty guilty. Instead of ridiculing someone behind their back and making them feel bad why not just remind them nicely they can bring a reusable bag next time? Most people are trying to do their part, slip ups happen!

Had great service from the floor person. I had a very specific request and she knew the store's stock very well, sought it out, and found it for me. Plus it was only $10, so I bought two pair! Very happy with the purchase.
