A friend recently bought me a gift card from Bradshaws. When the store owner delivered it to my home, I mentioned that I had to go to the store later to pick up knives that they had sharpened for me. The owner offered to return to the store, pick up the knives and deliver them to me. Amazing kindness and service, as always.
