Too lazy to even unlock the washer fluid then for customers to buy washer fluid in the winter not to mention they have water in the squeegee bins so all of the squeegees are frozen. I hope somebody gets some brains around here soon!

SCAMMERS!! Stay away from this esso I paid 30$ at the pump and they wouldn’t let me pump gas and they still won’t give me my money back!
Owner will NOT call you back to deal with this problem!!!
The employee is RUDE!!! No respect, talks over you and denies everything even though they have cameras and can visibly see
I have called the police to inform of this issue

Filled gas and purchased a few items at the store. The Optimum points card must be scanned at the machine, otherwise you can also present it to the cashier when paying. This must be clarified when paying. Overall this gas station is clean and maintained well.

They say they are open until 10 pm they are not. Be aware that the google time frames are a lie . This is twice that I have walked there before 10pm and they have been closed long before they say. And I then have to go the extra 2 blocks to 7-11…..

Time of incident: March 8th 2024 (6:00pm), hope the owner can see who worked here at this time n day.THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL GIRL EMPLOYEE, will give 0/10. I used the washroom and the girl working there (Indian decent), was so rude! Told me I was disrespectful for using the washroom! This is outrageous. How can I be disrespectful for using a public washroom. ITS A PUBLIC WASHROOM LADY! I AM YOUR CUSTOMER. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. DO NOT GO HERE. Use other gas stations down the street.

The staff on the afternoon of the 14th of January 2024 was rude and dismissive. The air compressor was mostly inaccessible due to a snow drift and the machine ate the $2 coin. When staff was alerted to this, he stated that it wasn't his fault and it was the manager's job. No refund was offered and no notice was placed on the cashbox that was inoperable. Staff should clear snow from the equipment. Unacceptable.
