Great service. I had to wait a long time to get the appointment but other than that, everything was great. Repairs done quickly, worked with Enterprise car rental so I didn't have to do anything. Great experience overall

Hands down the best experience! 10/10!
Not only are they extremely professional, there is a level of care present that provides customers with a peace of mind when handing over their keys.
They also arranged a ride from the rental company and diligently kept me updated throughout the repair process.
I will be recommending to anyone who is in need of collision repair in the future.
Kudos to Karen and Larry for being the best!

I can't say enough good things about the people at MCR Advanced Collision in Stratford. Long story, but while I was out of the country, a relative had occasional use of my vehicle... and it ended up impounded for seven days before it had to go to an auto detailing place. They were incredibly helpful in providing information, accepting e-transfer for payment (again, I was out of the country), and in getting the vehicle to the auto detailing business. They were kind and responsive, which meant more than I can say given all the circumstances. I would give them 10 stars if I could. ME Hay

I had a little dust up with another vehicle. I went to MCR collision for repairs. When they were able to repair my car, they did it in less than 4 days! And they cleaned my car inside and out as part of their service. I was surprised and very pleased! I would recommend them in a heart beat!

The entire team at MCR is fantastic. I had never been in an accident before, that resulted in serious damage. They went above and beyond when it came to repairing my vehicle. When I picked up my car after the repairs, I was blown away with the work done. I will definitely be a return customer - and would recommend anyone to them. They were in contact with my insurance company since the day my car was there, and were diligent throughout the whole process.
Cannot say enough great things about MCR.

I've been to this business several times and have always had exemplary service especially dealing with Larry Dubuque an ultimate professional. He worked on my car door for a minor issue but still took the time and wouldn't let me pay him. I was very thankful and will return!!!!

Larry and his team at MCR advanced collision. We're awesome period this was my first accident i'd ever been in and they walked me through the whole process.It only took About a week to get the approval from my Insurance Company to fix my car. And they went above and beyond, and actually wash the outside and cleaned up the inside of my car a little bit as when they didn't have to. They also found a problem with my brake lights. And they tried fixing it when they didn't have to. So I highly recommend this shop for all your collision repair needs. They're a great group of people And I highly recommend the work that they did doesn't even look like I had an accident.Service: Auto body & trim repair
