Dale Arts, client advisor at the counter, is so knowledgeable, kind and friendly.
She always makes sure that transactions are done in the best interest of their client. As per example, a savings account can have a fee, while transferring the money into the checking account first and then using the latter for a withdrawal is free.
This location has a great layout and is well maintained. Framed local art events exhibited and a news bulletin board give it a personable touch.
The ATM machines at the entrance also offer choices of cash in $5,$10 -$100 bills during withdrawal. Checks can be deposited and bills paid at the machine.
This RBC branch takes the lead and customer appreciation is outstanding. Thanks Dale!

Atms locked and closed outside hours. Why even have them then if they're completely useless outside regular hours? Had to go to the other rbs just to get cash.
Of course they'll say it's a homelessness and security problem, which perfectly reflects the society these banks thrive in.

5 STARS for Dale, Customer Service Representative for which this branch is lucky to have.
Dale assisted me with a very difficult financial situation concerning account security. She was calm, cool and collected, knowledgeable, present, intuitive and invested in alleviating my concerns. She took ownership of the situation and calmly and proactively took the necessary and effective steps to resolve my concerns.
Thank you Dale, because of your efforts you turned the bottom of my day into a walk in the park and made me feel ok, with your style of grace and ease.

Tellers were kind enough, but nobody could resolve my issue and basically just said I’m out of luck. Tried to call the branch later and kept getting stuck in an automatic message loop then when I would ask to speak to a live agent the recording would say “sorry we couldn’t assist you today” and hang up.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BANK EVER!!!!! Numerous phone calls, speaking to the bank in person and still NO ONE can get it right!! I will be closing all of my accounts and will never deal with this institution again!!! How this bank has achieved a 3.5 google rating is beyond explanation!!

I am truly disappointed with this branch. I understand your reasoning for locking your atm doors at night in the winter but not only have you locked and kept them locked on weekends but you lock them at a ridiculously early time throughout the week. Not everyone can make it down to branch before you close to get into the ATM you the AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE something you are suppose to be able to use when the branch itself is CLOSED. I have never been so disappointed in a bank i pay almost 16$/mth in bank fees and i cant even get into withdraw MY MONEY when I want too.

Went in to get bank draft.Account showed funds available.When I deposited the cheque I had to call the RBC security dept and was assured the funds would available. I go in today and they say they can’t verify the cheque until Monday of next week.Will be going in Monday getting my bank draft and closing my account. A bunch of liars.

My business partner and I decided to switch banks due to a lack of customer service. So we joined RBC because of a recommendation as well as their reputation with small businesses. We weren't looking for above and beyond customer service, just minimal customer care would be an improvement.The entire reason I am leaving this review is because of our Banking Advisor, Josh McIntyre. Out of all the banks (business and personal) that I have worked with, I have never received the level of customer service that we got with Josh. 10/10 would recommend. I hope Josh is recognized for his effort and dedication to service. He has made our experience nothing but exceptional thus far ?Thank you, Josh.

Ten year customer,never missed a payment,when my wife got sick,even though I paid for loanprotecter plus to the sum of 10,000$,they did nothing to help,after meeting with the bank,,empty promises,been forced to bankruptcy thanx RBC never again...
