“Back in December I was involved in a minor accident where I was not at fault. I own a 2022 Ford F150 Sport. I was referred by my friends at Mount Bridges Ford as I myself live in London. I took my truck there and they were fast and on time for the appraisal. I had the pleasure of meeting the receptionist Mae who I give a 5 star review. She was polite and knew exactly what was going on. I met Josh and Austin. These guys were awesome. Polite and respectful. From the moment I dropped off my truck Enterprise rent a car was there within 5 mins. If I had a company and these employees worked for me I would not have a worry in the world. I take my hat off to them. My trucks bumper was replaced and they returned my truck in show room condition. They even detailed the inside not a hint of dirt. “We have a Honda crv. There is no Honda dealership in Strathroy but I did want to shop local. Napa in strathroy went out if their way to get me an air filter for the crv the same day. I was very pleased with the customer service and will for sure keep shopping here. Recommended ..The only issue I see with this Napa store is that it is really hidden behind another store and you can not see it from the road. I have gone by this location hundreds of times and had never seen it.”
