We got this trailer for a specific trip and it went amazingly smooth. Our process at Bluewater was quick and efficient as it was somewhat of a last minute need, they were so helpful and coordinated a lot remotely as we were on the road. Shanon was so helpful to us, even with directions and information regarding licensing etc. We truly enjoyed our experience start to finish. We love our little trailer and we’re grateful for the wonderful service.

I dealt with Shanon at Blue Water. She was fantastic to deal with. I bought a 18 foot construction grade enclosed trailer. The trailer seems to be built well. It tows nice going down the highway. The show room at Blue Water was very impressive and everyone working there was very nice and polite. I would recommend Blue Water to anyone looking for a new trailer.

I was looking for a specific size enclosed trailer; Bluewater had one of the easiest websites for pictures and information, and the best prices as well! Shaun was great to deal with, straight forward pricing and quick communication! He even took some measurements for me and took care of some extras that I had requested prior to purchase. I recently purchased a utility trailer from Bluewater Trailers in Strathroy. I spent a couple of weeks researching various companies and trailers before making my decision to go with Bluewater. I needed a trailer capable of hauling my two atvs. I called Bluewater and spoke with Shaun about my needs. I had some concerns about my atv not fitting the front side load position with the loading ramps in place. Shaun went out and measured the trailer for me and gave me the true width. I arranged a date to pick up the trailer and explained to Shaun that I was on a tight travel timeline. On arrival, the registration for my trailer had been completed and the purchase process was quick. Shaun helped me hook up to the truck and I was on my way. On arriving home, I carefully examined the trailer and found the build quality to be excellent. I loaded my atvs and found they fit with no problem. The trailer tows nicely. Thanks to Shaun for his help with the purchase of my trailer. Very pleased with the service and quality of the trailer.
Update 29Oct25.
I had an issue with the spare tire mount on my trailer. After some email correspondance with Franz, I received a call with an offer to bring my trailer to the factory to resolve my problem. As my travel distance made this offer impractical, we were able to agree upon an alternate resolution. I received another call from Alana to confirm that my problem had been satisfactorily dealt with. Thanks to Franz and Alana for your excellent followup service.

I purchased a 2021 NEO from Shaun in (21). He was very knowledgeable and made the transaction simple and easy. I sold that trailer and have been negotiating a new Legend Thunder snowmobile trailer with Shaun. This past weekend I went to the Toronto Snowmobile show and saw a similar model in a grey I really liked. Shaun was exceptional; he had all the paperwork prepared and I was able to easily take the trailer home directly after the show. I highly recommend Shaun, his knowledge, professionalism and patience for those of us who are indecisive 😉. If I’m in need of a trailer in the future, I would definitely go to Shaun at Bluewater trailers for a third time! Thanks Shaun

We were looking for a trailer for our new atv’s, and Shannon at Bluewater Trailers had exactly what we needed. We popped in on a Saturday, explained to her what we wanted, she took us out and showed us the ideal trailer and that was a done deal. Unlike a couple of other places we looked, our trailer was in stock, not 4-6 weeks away. Shannon is absolutely wonderful to deal with, she explained our purchase options clearly, gave us our payment options, and had the trailer ready to go the day after we paid our deposit. Despite the dealership being down to minimal staff because of a trade show, we were still able to pick up our new trailer on a Saturday. We will definitely go back to see Shannon for any future trailer needs.

Our trailer was stolen on Thanksgiving weekend and we are headed into our busiest season of the year which is when 85% of our trailer use occurs. I called Bluewater because I know they sell top quality units. I got Shaun on the phone and he immediately took initiative to learn all about my business and my usage. He was able to match me up to a perfect trailer that far exceeds the abilities of my previous unit. I called him on day 1 at 11 AM and i was pulling the trailer out of their yard by 1:30 PM the following day. Absolutely amazing. If there were 6 stars available on Google i would give it to this team. Just call Shaun @ Bluewater.
