Just had my Bronco repaired after it tried to mate with a deer. Great turnaround inva dayvand a half. Car returned washedvand cleaned inside and out. Great workmanship, friendly staff, highly recommend. 👌

Josh and his entire team were absolutely amazing!! After our accident, these guys worked for weeks getting our truck back on the road. Everyone said, "It will never be the same. ".....I beg to differ. It feels and drives like it is brand new. And Thank you Mae!! Your patience dealing with all our inquiries was much appreciated.

Excellent work by the CARSTAR team. They have repaired three of our vehicles and each time the work was very high quality. Also, the vehicle clean up was very impressive: another sign of excellent customer care. I dealt with Josh and he had extensive vehicle knowledge per OEM.
Definitely deal with this CARSTAR team!

After my truck was damaged car star starthroy repaired it, thank God I took the day off work and met my wife there to pick it up....the paint orange peel was so bad I could see it from the road. Guy named Josh was so rude said he didn't see the problem...I told him even the rental car guy noticed...he said he didn't think the rental car guy was a paint expert...little did he know I've done auto paint for 10 years. He proceeded to call and yell at the rental guy because they are all in it together. Awful service...don't go ! Stay clear

Josh and team at Carstar are great. May the receptionist is fully aware of what is going on and a great person to deal with. Excellent job in repair and paint. Timely return of vehicle , actually sooner than I expected. No hidden charges; all completed and costed as per quote. I Highly recommend Carstar Strathroy to anyone needing repairs.
