“Today I was helping my elderly mom with a company trying not to cover a warranty she was eligible for. They had entered the wrong date and I needed proof of a transaction from 2003 on a closed account. Wendy was absolutely wonderful in taking the time to search a couple different older accounts a few years back and was able to located and email me proof of the transaction. She went above and beyond with patience and empathy. Thanks to Wendy the warranty issue has been solved! So great when they care so much about their owners”
