My parents purchased a discontinued outdoor sectional from this store (limited availability only one box and the display in the store) and when we opened the box, it did not have any hardware necessary for assembling the furniture. When we called the store to let them know, they had someone pick up the item within 20~ mins, and replace it with a pre assembled display model (as per our discussion/agreement)

To our surprise when the item they also gave them a partial refund (the item was already discounted, so a further discount was unexpected).

I’d say that all our experiences here have been positive, but this was them going above and beyond.”
