Not too impressed. Had an appointment to pick up a truck from impound lot. Wasn't my truck, just helping out. They weren't there to start with. Then had to wait because truck was blocked in. Very little to no communication. And their tow rate is unreal. They must be charging so much to make up for to much for their current location. They were better at the high street location. Jake's or Wilson's is better to deal with.

A huge thank you to Crystal, Ron and Adam at Ken's Code Yellow Strathroy. If I could give 10 stars I would, so definitely 10/10.
We had a horrific collision with our motorhome and a transport truck. From my very first call to Crystal (and me still in shock) she showed great care and compassion for our physical and mental wellbeing. Ron, a true gentleman, gave us solid advice and understanding when we went to view the wreckage, and then Ron and Adam (kind and strong) were of tremendous help to me when trying to reclaim a few of our belongings from the wreck.
I cannot express enough how wonderful these folks have been to do business with. Again, and again... thank you so very much for all the patience and help.

A huge shout out to the Tow Truck driver Adam for helping my son on Tuesday on the 402. Adam was very professional and made sure my Son was well taken care of. The next day we went to get our belongings and the Men working there were so kind and talked us through as to what to expect next. Thank you so much for your kindness we greatly appreciate you all.

Today, as I was driving to put my snow tires on I put my car I the ditch. Already feeling like an idiot, the guys came out, took care to make sure I was OK and helped me laugh through the process while taking care and time to pull my car out of the ditch and. not cause any extra damage in the process. Definitely excellent service, great people to deal with and affordable considering the predicament.Service: Special vehicle towing

Ron at Ken’s Code Yellow Towing was skilled, knowledge and quite compassionate when he pulled my car out of a ditch on a snowy, winter night. He went out of his way to help us out of that mess and give us great guidance on where we could find the resources we needed in town to make our brief, unplanned stop as comfortable as possible given the circumstances.
