Courteous and quick. I really appreciate the drive through wash bay where you can wash large commercial trucks without spending $150++ at a commercial truck wash. Bring soap and a brush though.

To the employee who recommended the teriyaki pepper sticks to my sister and I on Sunday October 15th around 1:30-ish, thank you they were gas! 10/10 would eat again! Only complaint is the packaging was childproof and we had to stare at the delicious sticks of meat for our whole car ride <3

In my 42 years on this planet I've never experienced worse customer service. They want you to pay 150 bucks just to pick up their empty tank if you decide to switch companies. Not only that they expect you to store it on your front lawn for 3 months until it's convenient for them to come and get. Then they want 150 dollars for it. Not sure what kind of business treats their customers like this but judging by the rest of the reviews on here it seems about par for the course for these guys. If I could give them minus five stars I would.

After already having one unsuccessful trip to refill 40L propane tanks, we called to see if they were able to fill the tanks. My husband was on the phone with a worker who he had to instruct on how to ask their coworker if they could fill propane tanks. At first the answer was yes, then the coworker said no. Customer service is not their forte. Great beef Jerky and cheese curds though!

Supposed to be open at 9am, sitting here still at 9:30 AM, the phone number provided says office is closed, was hoping to get a propane tank filled to barbecue at lunch, back into Strathroy to see what else is available. They lost at least 4 customers that I could see so far today.
