Terrible customer service. I ended up walking out and will drive to princess auto out of town First, I wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the 4 people upfront, then a guy rudely looked up at me and my seeming inconvenience to his day and didn’t say hello, just said he was busy. Then when I decided to give it another chance and waited for him to be done, I explained what I was looking for (pretty easy part I was looking for first, then was also going to buy some more items that I didn’t need help finding), he acted like I was asking for him to produce something that didn’t even exist (it was lug nuts for my summer tires). I should have gone with my instinct when no one acknowledged me and left right away. Will avoid this place in the future-but customer service training would benefit your reputation.

Terrible customer service. Have an account? It’s twice as much lol. Will be changing all my Napa products to APC OR CARQUEST. Over priced. Might as well go to the stealership or Canadian tire. Would be better customer service anyway

We have a Honda crv. There is no Honda dealership in Strathroy but I did want to shop local. Napa in strathroy went out if their way to get me an air filter for the crv the same day. I was very pleased with the customer service and will for sure keep shopping here. Recommended ..The only issue I see with this Napa store is that it is really hidden behind another store and you can not see it from the road. I have gone by this location hundreds of times and had never seen it.
