Been there a couple times with my Sheltie, she did a good job. Got into contact 3/4 weeks ago to get an appointment and still no reply. Usually takes her a couple days to respond when I do get in. There have also been times I’ve called and got no answer. I just groomed her myself but I believe it’s a little unprofessional not to reply back, even if it’s to say they have no availability. I understand if it’s busy but still… reading the reviews it seemed people have had the same experience as me.

Great pet people. Ashley is a wonderful person to groom your furry friend. Our dog has a shattered leg and she is so gentle with him. Fair pricing, quality products, great loving service . . . Why wouldn't you bring you pet here?

Last week my wife and I called this place 3 times in hopes of getting an appointment to have our dog groomed. Not once did we receive a return call. I understand if places are busy and can't take new customers at the present time but it is really unprofessional to not call.
