Their on line assistant will not allow you to speak with a person at the bank. Obviously the Royal Bank does not value Customers Service.

Want to give a special shoutout to Nancy Medeiros for going absolutely above and beyond in helping track down old files on my account.I had to go through so many layers of bureaucracy at RBC HQ and calling my original branch in Toronto, no help after weeks and weeks of work.One email to Nancy and she leaps into action and fixes the issue.I was so frustrated with RBC and Nancy single-handedly has changed my view!

Expensive accounts and services. Sending two wire transfers overseas took an hour, possibly longer.

As a whole RBC is Arrogant, Dismissive, and could care less about keeping up with or servicing customers. There are a few good local people here but the Bank as a whole would rate a -2
