I have been only going to the Mobile Shop for all my mobile needs for a few years now. They have always been friendly, courteous, and helpful. No matter if I have a small question or a large concern they have been helpful and never make me feel rushed. Ashley and Cathy have always been extremely professional and answer all my questions and concerns

I always have great customer service from this location. Even after getting a new phone or plan, I can go in and my issues are resolved quickly. I also like that there isn't alot of staff turnover, so I can deal comfortably with the same employees.
