I did upgrade to 5 star. They are very accommodating. I appreciate that I can wait while they do the repair, I don't need a ride home and back, or rental car that way.

I believe my technician was Ryan. He was amazing! He was able to get me in right away and fixed both problems that my car had. He even stayed past closing time which I really appreciated! ?
