Wanted a specific router and only they had it. Called and the guy was very helpful and set it aside for me. Called again when I couldn't find the store (gps operator error). The guy was very polite and helpful. Bought the router. and the guy was very polite and helpful. I am very happy with this experience.

Sign is flashing open. Google says their open. I can see an employee through the window. The door is locked and the employee refuses to pick up the phone.

I went here to exchange a product that I purchased from another Source store and they said they wouldn't take it back. . They said the "system for returns" was down. I live a hour away from a Source store and don't make it to a city often so I asked them to write it down thst the systen was down but would not becuase they only have a 30 day return policy.
